To Whom It May Concern: 
Being a first-time home buyer and traveling out of state frequently for work, Denny made the process of buying this home amazing. Not only did he help guide me with what to except, what could happen and what could go wrong, his tips and advice from his past experiences, gave me the knowledge that helped me understand the process better. He was there every step of the way paving the path to our new home. 
On the final walk through, I was grateful to have Denny by my side. I was exhausted from traveling out of state for work. He made sure that everything we had discussed before closing was completed, and receipts were provided by the selling agent for the work completed. If he was not there, I truly believe there would have been things that I would have missed. 
We were able to close on our house in one month from start to finish. I still cannot believe that Denny was able to make that happen. He was working on this deal through his previously scheduled vacation to make sure nothing was missed, and everything was on schedule. 
Over a month has pasted from closing date. If I could go back in time to change anything. I don't believe I would, I love this home and would do everything again.
